T-Attract: How it works

T-Attract utilises online RJPs to identify high-quality teaching and leadership applicants, whilst providing a cost-effective, highly scalable and research-supported recruitment intervention.

Get started

Users gain access via their organisation’s webpage. There is no need for users to register.

Easy distribution

Organisations can attach an id by appending a query to the end of the T-Attract link, which can then be distributed to users.

Short & sweet

Designed as a short, engaging activity that typically takes users around 8-10 mins to complete.

Realistic job preview

Users will be presented with realistic scenarios and select what they believe would be the best way to respond. They will then find out what experienced teachers thought and why.

Person-fit approach

Users receive personalised feedback based on the alignment of their responses with those of experienced teachers and a teaching ‘fit’ message.

Feedback reports

Participants can download a feedback report at the end of the activity which highlights the important skills and behaviours to succeed in the classroom.

Success metrics

Organisations can track user behaviour post activity. For example, organisations can insert links at the end of T-Attract to redirect users to application pages or to access more support.
