Intensive Training and Practice (ITaP) is a specific and focused element of Initial Teacher Training in England.

TSP’s digital approximations of teaching provide opportunities for trainees to rehearse and reflect on key elements of teaching in lower-stakes, supportive online environments where they receive feedback from teachers, teacher educators and peers. The organisational dashboard provides access to a wide range of resources to link the evidence-base with practice, engage trainees in critical reflection and apply what they have learnt through role-plays, teaching demonstrations and more.
